I have watched it recently with ZENG, another alternative energy (albeit ethanol) company. CE was removed, stock not so hot.

Difference is we are trading above sub-pennies and have a very finite amount of O/S. Good news pushes this into dollars, atracts attention of major players. That is where the CE will stall it, or removal of CE will propel it. IMHO
