That's the $100,000 question. Usually in the pennies it's speculation. Just look at how many Scams run to very high PPS's off of speculation alone. No verifiable info, no posted financials just a lot hot air. If I were to guess what will cause this to run, it will probably be the Momo players and TA players that jump in. Now the good part of that is that it does bring exposure to the stock and some people will actually do some DD and decide to hold. That is why the stock bases higher and higher. Momo and TA will take their profits and be happy, the stock will retrace and base again and then move higher.
I think IFSL will be uplisting a lot faster than many think. All they need is 2 years of audited financials. From the looks of the Financials that were posted recently, it looks like they have gotten those prepared and now that they have a company to audit them, it could actually happen before the end of the year. That may end up being a catalyst.
