IMO. In the last week we have picked up some new buyers and old ones that are averaging down.

I agree though that some PR's would make a huge difference. I think will keep on climbing slowely like this until a PR then things will go a lot faster. The problem is that people sit back and wait till the PR's to roll out then there to late to get in.
