Hm, i would not want to say that YA is something "evil" in general thats absolutely not fair, if a company is a bit troubled financial or needs money for future projects it sure helps them to survive to go on with the business. I think its dependend of the amount of money needed to be raised to go on and develop the techs for later business. Thats what i wanted to point out. If it fits the topic here i really don't know in the end.
