I just realized i sounded like an ass. Sorry, it kind of came out wrong by typing. Well there are a few job openings that arent posted on there anymore. So to me these positions are getting filled bc of contracts. There october 2nd position was filled which happenend to catch my eye. Thats the "web programmer/designer" position
