There are no more shares to sell against the A/S. So you are wrong about dilution.

I saw this same action with HTDS.....everytime they released a PR that stock wouldnt tick up for nothing. But out of the blue, what seemed like dilution was just a stock getting ready for a run. Go look yourself at HTDS chart and you will see a big spike with no movement then about a week later it traded at .008 then a week after that over .01. Been here to long to fall for that "diluition crap".
