Coy: Nothing surprises me. Must have had some criminal proof problems. Many criminal cases seek monetary resolution these days to make up for weaknesses. Crininal is beyond a reasonable doubt and civil is a little more than 50/50. Jurors are much more reluctant to convict criminally. I don't know if it is too much imaginary CSI or just don't get the justice stuff anymore. Maybe we have transgressed to the point that the average citizen can't tell the difference between right and wrong anymore. Everything has been distorted to the point that good and evil are the same.
