Preferred stock--class of stock that pays dividends at a specified rate and that has preference over common stock in the payment of dividends and the liquidation of assets. Preferred stock does not ordinarily carry voting rights. Most preferred stock is cumulative: if dividends are passed (not paid for any reason), they accumulate and must be paid before common dividends.

W2P---You know I am sort of a loner. I dont like big orgs. I am just about more fed up with IHub than I am with RB. IHub claims to be---well what ever. They will take out folks for an attack on another person. They dont seem to be able to take out people who attack the group. frog comes in here and lies through his teeth and nothing is done---but I have to worry about saying that.
