so basically...

Google goes to neustar and says we have this phone we want linked through you guys at neustar

Neustar: Great, all set up... by the way we see your doing barcodes, we have licensing for that also if your interested.

Google: sure why not...

Neustar gets a cut and sends the rest over to neomedia?!

Obviously more to it than that.... but you get my point....


so what Im thinking is that Google might sign up with Neustar, and INDIRECTLY be licensing neomedia even if there is no formal PR associated between Neomedia and the company licensing with Neustar... if that makes sense...
