It would be one of the dumbest moves ever for them to do so ... unless of course they are quite innocent, which they are not. Oh, yes the filing of the form 3s, etc in no way was done as a precursor to a 10K. A) The Form 3 was a personal obligation & B) It allowed the Spongite faithful to leap to the conclusion that there were only 722mm shares outstanding.
