I hope not. NVS, VNDA have Fanapt rights and TTNP gets free money from the sales. :)

From TDAmeritrade: "Under the terms of its sublicense agreement with Novartis, Titan is entitled to receive royalties on global net sales of Fanapt(TM) equal to 8% on annual net sales up to $200 million, and 10% on annual net sales above $200 million. Titan incurs no ongoing expenses associated with this potential future income."

So I hope for the success of all three companies. I think a buyout right now would be too cheap. I'm loving the depot, wanting an extension and Fanapt was not the drug that made me buy TTNP.

A lot of people think NVS will buy CTIC and I have some of that too just in case they do. :)
