You don't understand. Hop-On used to purchase low-end phones from a company named Alcatel, have them assembled and labeled with a Hop-On logo.

Other companies followed the same model, except they probably weren't dumping shares to stay in business.

I'm not sure if they still buy these cheap phones from Alcatel or another company. Haven't been keeping up with it.

The reason you see the same phone on two different websites with two different logos, is because Hop-on and the other company bought cheap junk from the same supplier.

whataway: The "financial statement" confirms what I was saying about Hop-On simply purchasing cheap junk phones from another company and slapping a Hop-On logo on them.

They mention negotiations with and OEM manufacturer, and also that they dissolved their agreement with another OEM manufacturer, declining to name either one.

Doesn't really matter, they didn't make a single sale all year. OUCH...
