It has to go through the costly process of approval, first. No one (WHO) will distribute the stuff without approvals. Although tragic for many in Asia and Africa, I think the docs are following the right course, focusing testing on the 4 indications that are most critical (FluCide), has the most political support (HIV-Cide), or has the shortest and least extensive testing (EKC-Cide, Herpes-Cidal Cream).
