Sounds good. But I do not think there is any way O/S are 250m. I just do not see how under and calculation. Using the 2010 pps of $2.10 works for me, based on 500m O/S.

So we are looking at a stock worth NOW $2.10 pps which is selling for between .04-.05. The deal of the century.

And who do you think is holding it down? Nite/Scottrade. I know no_BS said he could not get his buys filled with Scot at even above ask price. Whereas, I got my buys filled in a second -- I mean one second -- for less than my limit price! this happened multiple times for me.

As far as Pike with 142m shares, I personlly do not think Pike is going to be at all happy with only $2 pps. IMO. Everything is JMO.
