Too many assumptions on your part... You're assuming, Neom now has the money to redeem. You're assuming, I stated as fact, that YA placed Neom in default (even though the exact word was COULD) You're assuming Neom will have the funds to satisfy the debt by July 10'

I'm only looking for facts not hopes.. This little game of distortion is senseless... You put out a hypothetical and I've questioned it - No need to get upset!!! No need to run awry from the original question.

How do you propose Neom pays off YA with the pps above .02 without YA opting to convert and or reject any redemption? That's it - that's my only question... Or did you think nobody actually read the REDEMPTION clause?

YJ, if I haven't said so lately, it is great to have your insights on this, with your long expertise in this field. Thank you for sharing your evaluations, based on the filings and how NeoMedia can work their way out of their YA obligations.

Just as stock_raving_mad's views about the patents,(including ie that EFF had no leg to stand on, that the USPTO would uphold the '048 after reexam, and that ScanBuy was infringing.) which he went on the record years ago about and was proven to be right! I believe your views, will be proven on target as well.
