Who is going to be handed the bill for the rest of the services rendered, once the retainer amount is acquired? Who signed the agreement to pay whatever the full amount will be? I can't believe any attorney firm will take on this task without knowing what the bill to address is complete with a signature...
I hate lawyers and let them do it on contingency if it's such a great case with a big payout. Let Megas give them some shares. I will contribute nothing and still say it's all an exercise in futility. If I reap some sort of big reward from this and I'm talking big I'll think about paying some cash then and voice an apology. Megas claims to have spent $800,000 (was that the number) which I don't believe and he couldn't hire these guys?
