Yes that is whose shares they were to do with whatever he feels like doing with them just like you or I are entitled to do with our own shares, or at least those of us that still have shares.

Did he buy these shares or did he give them to himself.

Does it matter? Did he break any laws by giving himself shares in his own company? Did he cost you or I any money by giving himself and the other company officers shares in the company? Are you saying that had these shares been on the open market that you would have bought them all up? I don't understand because the number of shares that somebody else owns doesn't affect the number of shares that any of us hold in even the smallest degree. Everytime I go to buy shares I don't check to see how many Clint holds because I don't pay his bills and he doesn't pay mine.

Regardless of how he obtained the shares they are his PROPERTY and none of us can tell him what to do or not to do with his OWN property. Would you want him calling you and telling you what you could do with YOUR SHARES?
