FYI, I got a response from Karen. She has no idea when this will start trading on the pinks again, and she hasn't heard from mgmt if there have been more shares authorized.
I'd be a lot more optimistic about the 2nd part if it hadn't been for the BTU fiasco that she knew nothing about until it was fixed for the 2nd time.
As you say though, no news from the SEC is probably good news.
