Hey how you doing? One thing about the restrictions is that the mm's can't buy them to cover their short with CMKX without the share price moving up. So that is nice. Thats what keeps the share price moving up on those divy/jv co.s. Hopefully they will lift some of these divy's restrictions once CMKX is inline price wise. GLTY
