That's why I wrote:

"later you will own 1 share of 1.2B fully diluted"

The guy asked how this will affect his position, it dilutes it no matter how you look at it, hopfully the new management can compensate for that loss of 95%. It's always better to play the worst case scenario and if the best case occurs, then be surprised, as usually in the penny market 99% of the time the worst case does occur. When figuring market cap and earnings you should always be using fully diluted numbers.IMO

Right, that means if they need some money or want to pay bills they can. Most big board stocks have sold shares to make purchases or move foward.

Lets say to have an king of the cage style event they only need 30,000 to 50,000 for fight purses. For some known fighters, depending on known rank I'd estimate a low of 100,000 to 300,000 a show based on past fight purses. Also with stratus being able to fork over 2 mill I'd say they have some cash ready for events. I'd also think they would have connections ready to go. Things like possible fighters, event locations, TV connections, sponsors. Otherwise spending 2 mill was a waste.

I just dont see stratus dumping this or much of it...especially at this price. Also keep in mind the more they convert the more control they lose.

Part of stratus purchase deal is that pro has to be current in all filings. If they were going to pump and dump then why even care about being fully current. I would be better to just do what all the scams do. Post fluff news and dump tons. Repeat the cycle again and again.

I could be totally wrong though lol
