It was a buy at over 7 cents. My question is who would plop down over $49000 on a penny stock?

Me thinks this was an insider trade. Someone must know something is good is soon to happen.

Either that, or a complete M-M-M-Moron (you have to say that in the Waterboy's voice) woud do that.
