Re: Roundup Shares

The first response from my broker was that they are claiming you have to be a Record Holder in order to get the roundup shares. This is not stated anywhere in the documentation at all, but rather says "Any shareholder".

I think we're going to have to fight this one, so make sure and stay on your broker, or call the Transfer Agent (Old Monmouth 732-872-2727) to get the straight story.

don´t know about that. but FINRA sets the date. you´re correct.
i was wondering why they were allow to post the DEF14 after the split... and talking about crazy stuff, i just today came across a shareholder voting about splits that already happend two years ago!!! how can that be?
