Your argument would make sense if MMs actually followed rules.

So, investing in an arena where you feel as if those who are supposed to make an orderly market are crooked and have no reason to follow the rules as those who regulate them are not actively trying to put a stop to their behavior is a good idea?

The manipulation argument does nothing but add another log to the "why you should not invest here" fire.

The deck is stacked against investors of BEHL right? Why invest? Seems like a valid question if the argument is going to continually be that there is no order and nobody is going to do anything about it.

Most folks I know will go out of their way to avoid those types of situations not run headfirst into them and then complain about them while their money disappears.
