Wonder if Claro is bigger in Brazil? I honestly have no idea; but would like to know.
Not that this would have any effect on the deal going through...but just thinking out loud...seems as if Telefonica would be involved.
Then again, maybe not. That's the beauty of NEOM...they are free to roam with whomever and whenever.
I suppose it wouldn't matter in the end...considering the scale and security of Visa's global payment network combined with Neustar's carrier grade infrastructure which interconnects the global network operators enabling seamless mobile services to consumers around the globe.
And then add in the bridge to it all, a separate company, say NEOM for example, so all parties can rev share and the entire system can just CLICK, globally.
