Yes jufel, there is much to be gleaned from the PRs to date to which management has wisely held back the details until the symbol change and filing process are completed.

Also, I'm very encouraged by the light shined on the 20 year contract with regard to the first right of refusal.

That clause is worth $$$$ even if the deal were to fall apart as the company can sue for damages.

Tells me its a real deal with solid commitment from all parties involved.
