JS said they will be receving more money than required.......no dilution.....clean balance sheet. Deloite is our auditors and OTCBB is coming before 2010 IMO. Clearly many other things before that.
I firmly believe we see JS execute insider buys when his paperwork to do so (late november) is done.

We have many catalysts coming.
