TLPH..$0.052.. Is a table Pounder..???

Some one PM'ed me when the earnings were due and the next time that they would report.. The answer I got from a nice Telephone call to President CEO George Metrakos of TLPH that they always try to release before Xmas..

When I told him that I was an investor and owned over 1% of the outstanding shares and probed in to profits in the next report the responce was a non responce other than earnings should be no diff. than last qtr.. other than an extra month of recognition of earnings from the recent purchase "nothing else has changed but the dollar has weak'nd against the canada dollar making conversion into US funds more favorable..

All debt owed a former parent company was converted at $0.25 and except for a few shares there has been no dilution during the past Qtr.. For the year I expect $250 to $260 thousand in earnings comparing to a loss of $290,000 the prior year..

Stock holders equity last year was a (Minus $959,000) and this year should come in at a positive $300,000.. I expect a min of $460,000.00 in earnings next year and $550,000 could be possible..

This is a small company with a responsible management not concerned about PR but in stock buybacks and Div.. At less than $0.06 I don't see much else out there that this could become possible .. That is the reason I'm pounding the table on TLPH... hank

From the most current PR Release..

"MONTREAL, Aug. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - TeliPhone Corp. (OTCBB: TLPH - News). TeliPhone has reported its nine months ending June 30, 2009 financial results showing an increase in sales from US$863,261 to $1,621,738 from the same period in 2008. Profits are up from a loss of (91,193$) to a net income of $147,338. The increase was primarily due to the delivery of services to TeliPhone's newly acquired customers from its assignment deal with Orion Communications Inc. on May 7, 2009.

While TeliPhone has been profitable so far for the entire 2009 fiscal year, the sharp increase in its reported results are from the Orion client base acquisition occurring over the last 2 months. The Company reported an 11% Net Income when considering the last 3 months of results, and is currently at 9% for the entire fiscal year.

"Our nine month results are a clear indication that our strategies put in place since 2008 are clearly working" says President CEO George Metrakos. "Our team and TeliPhone's technology permit us to achieve higher profitability from acquired customers. We plan to continue to seek out opportunities for growth similar to Dialek in 2008 and Orion in 2009."
