For that to happen, we'd need financial statements (preferably audited), and a professional valuation of the company in regards to it's industry. In most cases, the stock price represents a valuation of the company, however in the case of pink slips and otc:bb the stock price doesn't equate to a proper valuation because the price is based on speculation. It is hard to value start up companies, or companies in the R&D phase as these companies have no earnings to base their valuations on.
Until CGAQ releases earnings statements for at least a year, the stock price will not be indicative to it's actual value.
