i found out how they keep trading with or without margin account i guess if you have over $25,000 in acount you can trade as much as you want to

You can always have multiple accounts........
The restriction applies to one person at one brokerage.
ZECCO-3 round trips a week
Scottrade-3 round trips a week
AMT- 3 round trips a week
a week is a five day period
