I'll stick with the theory that the PPS is being driven downward, not upward, on purpose. However, I'm not sure that is a good plan with all of the holding strength. Bringing the price up would be the best strategy to shake shares loose, in my opinion. Bring it to $10 PPS, then we'll talk.
