Looks like all of the defendents but Jared and EESO have asked for a resolution return of gains and fines. Though I find it hard to believe Carnes accepting penny stock ban.

All he's probably accepting (in his mind) is the inability to put his own name on transactions relative to Pennies. He'll just keep on doing it using other names. This kind of person doesn't stop.
