You are correct, thank you for the correction. I'm not 'freaking out' nor am I trying to seem negative on this stock. Unlike others here I don't see the good in being so negative on a company I've invested in(although I invested in the previous company and inherited QASP). Just trying to get some honest thought into what is really going on here. This board has become so polarized it's hard to get many thought out answers to questions other may have.
