The bridge loan doesn't seem to be in play other than possibly the share buyback. Unless they have burned through the 15mil already with the acq's? If they are going where they claim to be, then the 15mil wouldn't be a factor, but then again, we have no idea about it's terms. Would be nice if they didn't have to use the bridge loan for anything, but would be better not to dilute the stock for $$.

Good point. They could also be planning a larger buyback after the issuance of more shares.
