Does anyone here really have an idea as to why they are diluting the stock? It doesn't make any sense to me why one would truly sell/dilute the heck out a stock and then do a buyback (personal and company). Some may say cheap parlor tricks to rais the PPS to sell more, but that really doesn't make any sense. If Dean is on record buying X amount of stock for X amount of dollars and the company has done the same, why?

I agree the dilution has to stop at some point if this is ever going to go up. But I think the bigger question is why dilute in the first place to this degree? Is it the restricted stock being released as posted before raising the count? I know there have been posters on the board with restricted stock waiting/hoping Dean would release it.

If Dean is going to spend close to $92K(41K already invested and 50K more to go) on stock purchases for himself, not including the $300K+ the company has spent, doesn't that spell something other than just dilution for profit? I agree he needs to be more transparent in what is going on. Even if he just gives us a "50% of the aqu's are done" info it would be better than what we have.

I'm way long on this stock already, but if someone else has an other input as what could be going on I know I would appreciate it.

magoohi....the A/S is a simple 5 minute filing form with the state of incorporation....so, that can be raised in a heart beat......

the more important point is that in the future after this is a viable entity....the PPS will be determined by corporate value....i.e. the "books"....

the point is we're starting with $150mm revenue....

a company VALUED at half a billion dollars with half a billion shares O/s would be worth a dollar a share....

do the math with $150mm and half a billion shares....

I disagree to the extent the O/s is not "low".....you're right that many Pinkies have more.....but, of course the success rate of Pinkies is about 2%....

so, are you telling me this is just another hype driven Pinkie....I thought QASP was better than that????
