CP is nothing to worry about. no funding. no land. those in town supporting it stand to line their pockets in their own self interest. they're offering a 5% discount on juice but they have no idea how much its actually gonna cost and would be years down the road if it ever got built. LLEG's plant is already there and will be converted. Also heard on local radio yesterday ISO NE will be recieving fed money to upgrade grid. Obie want energy independance
