MCEL - Truthfully, I think it might be manipulated and I think "smart" people are accumulating it on this dip, it may dip further Monday or next week, if it does, I say it's a screaming buy... it seems like they'll easily regain compliance, there market cap isn't too far off from 50 million anyways!
