I dont think scanning and it working has anything to do with whether the company signed already or not...

The one problem I have here is that ANYONE can create their own barcode that links to a website... ANYONE....

the company I work for could create a barcode that can be scanned and slap it onto our boxes, and tadaa... we use 2D barcodes...with no neom license, no neustar connection, nothing..

I could go right now and create a 2D barcode for google and microsoft and post them on my website, and it will be scanable by most software.... this does not mean that google and MSFT licensed... just as the codes working for the NLF page that was posted.. does not mean the NFL licensed, or the scanning software companies licensed for that matter....

I propose to all the shareholders let's click the barcodes all day long and generate revenue's for the company.
