Nice description of the timber resources & thanks for the industry updates on behalf of the board.

On a different note, many have noticed how often times the Q's heat up when the broader market sells off- money is always flowing somewhere. With the share structure and tightly held float here, I'm guessing it's just a matter of time until some deep pocketed players initiate a more sustainable round 2 of the runup.
