I had much earlier emailed BB and gang a much better video of another competitor, and asked if they are doing something similar. Nothing heard from them. Think the last founders message mentioned they are discussing with some entities on this.
For the subject stunray, it's too bulky. And don't think it's in use. Did a google. Nothing much about it.
The nearest competitor for Dazer Laser (stun gun & modified dazzler aside) is the LED-based incapacitator. The competitor website (a much much better standard and a well presented video within the competitor website) can be found in below past posting. This is the one that i sent to BB and gang then as well.
Since 2 years back (and if i remembered correctly), there are no further news about the LED-based incapacitator. The comparative advantages Dazer Laser had are briefly described in below link as well.
