Ed - yes he is the same judge that approved the receivership to begin with so he obviously may have some bias. But JS told me last week that all he has to (or had to) do is sign the agreement that both parties have agreed to. He told me that the judge kept asking for additional information and that he only works 3 days a week. Good ole government jobs.
