Yes...what nobull said was...

1. I thought I was clear in that the company was going to leave out the Safe Harbor Statement in their PR's.

2. Why they didn't do it with this last PR I dont know.

3. But I was told that to increase investors confidence that they where going to leave this statement out of their PR's going forward.

Yes it's still there...there or not...no big deal...not going to change anybody's attitude about the stock.
