Looks as though they did have a much larger stake in ISHM previously. Perhaps they were a funder,unsure here.

They had 2,557,500 shares back in 2008,then must have sold all in the first quarter 2009. They have no listing of ISHM in their quarterly holdings reports including the Sept 2009 report after the new year. Only this filing which isn't specific at all.

The 38 should be the total number of companies held by Goldman Capital along with the 107,338 being the total value of what they hold in thousands.(from the last link)

Hopefully they're taking an interest we'll see in mid March 2010
