I understand your frustration.
I'm not sure of your experience level trading, so I won't second guess you.
In my experience, fluff PR's have (almost invariably,) a negative effect on the PPS. They cause real investors to shy away. Check out GNBT, for instance, or LLBO. After every fluff PR, the stock price dives. LLBO is a scam company to boot, but GNBT is a developmental biotech and IMO, PR's have hurt their share price more than helped it.
BTW, I am long 5M shares at .004 and holding. I'm sure you know you don't win them all, but if you sell into a retrace, you are making the problem worse for everybody.
