If this Casino was so legit and has "zero" debt then can someone explain to me why they are trading on the "pink sheets"? Certainly if this company was "legit" they would have opted to be on the "up and up" with the millions of dollars they handle annually and uplisted long ago to the OTC:BB and would be posting regular AUDITED financials.

A legit casino with zero debt on a better exchange would be selling at a far far higher pps...

Something smells real bad in the kitchen here...

The way(s) it benefits them are two-fold. Bash it with negative pub to force sell-off while they have short-sell orders in. This way they profit when the stock falls. Then buy in at below value prices and sell off for profit. Only problem is if they have their short-sell orders in when it soars is this loss they incur enormous. .77 was an extremely high buy in price but depending on how long you are willing to hold, you should still turn a profit late this year or early next depending on earnings etc
