You have no idea what you are talking about. You are literally shooting the breeze with your claims, with absolutely no proof to back it up.
When a company has many shares outstanding, it means they are paying vendors with common stock. Those vendors can sell for cash whenever they please, or they can hold out for a higher PPS. My guess is they will hold out since the price is still cheap for this stock. The company is NOT selling its own shares for a profit. It is just plain stupid to make that assumption.
The selling as of late is due to CONSOLIDATION. When a stock runs 300%, it isn't going to keep going without profit taking. Learn to read a chart kid, you have no clue.
