I agree that this is most likely a 2010 play. It will likely take time to get the kinks out of the first P2O production processor. It is not made by the same company as the prototype and will likely have issues that need to be worked out. Not a big deal, just how these things tend to go.
Additionally it will take time to get the joint ventures in place and may take time as well to work out the relationships and logistics of getting feedstock and selling the finished product.
For those that are patient this seems to be a very good play. Worth adding on dips that will inevitably come before the end of the year.
