I agree completely. We need to wait for the agreement from FedEx and Larry to be in its final from and be submitted, which should be soon.

We also need to wait for the SEC approval. I am pretty sure were all set with the SEC since Larry is done meeting with them.

After we have the agreement and the SEC final approval. Larry is going to be raising the 10 million and other funds for the company.

I am very excited

LONG: Absolutely, but are we pending NASDAQ approval? I wouldn't think a company could apply, until the company's stock met the listing requirements, but I may be mistaken.
