Strass: With all due respect, What do you think you can achieve with that type of action. The ERHE management team are just superficial pawns aka:(Larry, Moe, Curely and Shemp of the Three Stooges Fame) in this high stakes game of Oil Reserves Brinksmanship. ERHE surely can only release information as it is presented to them. Inadequate as it maybe. Someone should ask the board how many wells must it take to prove-up a deep water field? I too have had bouts of frustration about this company lack of forward mobility. To think I could have spent almost 9 years placing my money in other investments that have moved forward and jumped on this stock late last year is truely frustrating. Never the less, That is History and with more drilling about to take place, The future looks better than any time in the Past. I can not even begin to think what this board would be like if the "AA" had started drilling for us. That rumored blow-out at Kina may have sunk that Garbage Scow.

silly, for what purpose ??? [are you trying to get us Halted?]

we are an Oil company - with oil rights with NO PROVEN OIL

What Market Valuation would you give to a company with 3 Employees / no annual revenue / and a colorful history of investigations, operating in Nigeria.
[Currently just under $1/2 Billion]

ALL with NO PROVEN OIL [*YET]

We have to abide by our Partnership agreements which means we can say SQUAT until the Operator does or risk losing our FREE CARRY

- just chill

- the co. is on record of estimating over 300 MM Bbls in JDZ 2,3,4

even at a low 100 MM BBls we may be worth considerably more than current valuations

all IMHO

Strass - I'm with you. Here is why!

The American Dream incorporates democratic ideals that hold up the potential of prosperity.

SEO is un-American.

The American Dream, first expressed by James Truslow Adams in 1931, states that citizens (which includes OTC investors in Nigerian oil) can achieve a "better, richer, and happier life." The idea of the American Dream is rooted in the second sentence of the Declaration of Independence which states that "all men are created equal" and that they are "endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable Rights" including "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

The "American Dream" has been credited with helping to build a cohesive American experience.

We do not have overinflated expectations. We just want an honest update, information. Hey, ERHE, are the goods there or do we go back to .11? Just tell us.

SEO is ruining the American Dream for all of us with his Bernie Madoff "don't even begin to ask me a question" approach. We want to know where our hard earned money is, or if our investments will ever be rewarded. We American citizens want to gain a greater degree of social equality and influence. Instead, ERHE and SEO are creating chaos and class differences in which well-positioned officers in ERHE continue to take advantage of us.

Let's have an ERHE/Penny Stock march in Washington, DC, or on Wall Street! Or how about "OTC:BB oil investors" day? Let's all rise up and get what we know is ours: truth, justice and the American Way.
