I think that when IT IS OF PROPER TIME the company will release news that has substance.... if they are a good company. A good company will not release fluff PRs so the penny flipper can have a good day trading.
I also think the CEO of the company has a better understanding of the position of the company than any back seat penny trader does. So he/she will release news when they believe the timing is right.
So sit back and let the trained people do their job. If you want fluff PRs then there are ten thousand stinky pinkies that will give you that much... why don't you run along and play with one of those.
