You mean "getting Daic" to.......agree to FOAD? I mean, we don't want to get him in a vindictive sense (professionally speaking), we want to get him to relinquish any claim to CLYW's patent and we want him to forfeit ill gotten illegal gains. Dave outlined it all in the latest 8k.
